Harvest Dinner


In October, my team and I were invited to cook at the beautiful home of Marci Symongton (@texaztaste) and her family in Paradise Valley, all for the sake of celebrating the beautiful foods we are able to harvest from farms across Phoenix each and every season. These range from vibrant vegetables (cauliflower, fairytale squash puree) to heirloom quality meats (turkeys, chickens, steaks), which we prepared, all to be served family style, in the kitchen and outside on a grill, surrounded by scenic desert wilderness. The speaker and guest of honor was Bob McClendon, one of the area’s best known organic farmers, who we’ve worked with closely at our restaurants for years.
